We are a team of scientists, physicians, and community members that mobilized as a molecular biological laboratory in response to the coronavirus pandemic. We created faster, more reliable and highly accurate processes for COVID-19 testing to ease the inefficiencies with the current diagnostic landscape. We now focus on the development of innovative clinical diagnostics using PCR and NGS technology, including one of the first COVID-19 variant tests, the fastest RT-PCR test for COVID-19, and the very first saliva-based antigen test for COVID-19. Through our outreach efforts, we introduce young people to this different side of healthcare and provide them with insight on pursuing a career in this field. We offer tours, school programming and dropboxes, and internships as well as full/part-time/prn positions.
