Our mission is to empower the Puerto Rican and Latino community through advocacy and the education and leadership development of its youth. Our services aim to meet the social, academic and workforce development needs of young people in our communities and schools. We offer College and Job Readiness, Leadership Development, Mentoring, After School programs and Summer Employment to youth across the city.
