We strive to nurture the places we live, learn, and grow. Over the past two years, NewRoot has supported and engaged 50+ schools annually through district-wide restorative practice training, equity-centered professional development & team coaching, SEL & culturally sustaining curriculum, and a range of customized supports that disrupt racial bias in school discipline and mitigate youth violence. Our vision is a future cultivated from the roots of equity and radical love.
