Because I Care Inc. is a full service resource center for individuals in need of social service assistance. The organization is located in the Austin Community of Chicago and the programs it offer are built around four tiers of service, Mentoring, Education, Job Readiness, and After School Care. Our Youth Mentoring and After School Program is geared towards all children between the ages of 4 and 16. We pair the children with thoroughly trained mentors who provide tutoring and guidance. Our Computer Literacy Training was created to provide members of the community with valuable knowledge of computers and the social media and programming. Our Job Readiness Training/Resume Building Program is offered to the entire community. Its purpose is to assist people in completing the necessary steps in the task of obtaining a job.
