Refugee Youth Career Pathways (RYCP) provides 1-1 support for young refugees and immigrants seeking vocational training and higher education. Participants receive career counseling, assistance enrolling in training programs, assistance with job applications, monthly skill building workshops, case management support, and the option of a scholarship to attend job training. 6 months - 1 year enrollment, open to youth ages 16-24 who have been in the US for 10 years or less.
