Sol Team is one of the several other committees that play a pivotal role in the realization of Pilsen Neighbors' four-day Fiesta del Sol festival. We strongly encourage young and committed individuals who are eager to grow and develop their leadership skills to apply for this role. This also applies to people who have never had a leadership experience before and want to gain volunteering skills and to learn more about community engagement.
