Fest, Powered By Chicago City of Learning is a free, exclusive experience for Chicago’s youth ages 13 through 24. The fest expects more than 5,000 attendees. Rapper Phenom will serve as master of ceremonies for musical performances including Donnie Trumpet, DLow, Logan, DJ Chante, Intonation Club, Open Mic Kids and more.
