Digital Divas SUCcEeD (Sowing Urban Computational Electronic Designers), is a Digital Youth Network initiative that supports STEM learning for middle school girls in the city of Chicago. The program aims to address the
"experience gap" that creates gender disparities in fields such as computer science by blending face-to-face and online learning pathways designed to help girls take advantage of growing STEM career opportunities.
Girls come together every day during the week of August 4, 2014 from 9am-3pm to make wearable technology. Each Diva will share her favorite creations at the Chicago City of Learning showcase,Thursday August 14, 2014.
