Youth Opportunity: Design a Chicago Park via the BP Design Competition

Know a young person that likes design? Or the outdoors? Or making social change? There’s a challenge that fits all these passions. The Chicago Architecture Biennial, together with official education partner the Chicago Architecture Foundation, has launched the BP Design Competition, offering young people the guidance, resources, and incentives to design a public park for the south side of Chicago.

This Summer's All Access Pass Boosted Youth Attendance and Creativity at Chicago Museums

This summer, Chicago teens got a chance to see six of the city’s best museums with a free All Access Pass. The Chicago City of Learning worked with the Adler Planetarium, the Chicago Botanic Garden, Art Institute Chicago, the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, the National Veterans Art Museum, and Inuit: The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art to provide a way for teenagers to visit the museums and engage in additional activities.
