Criteria
- The learner will demonstrate prior to the interview that they: 1) know the mission of the company, 2) the degree needed for the position held by the interviewee(s) 3) the primary purpose of the interviewee’s job, and 4) have developed 3-5 interview questions to ask.
- The learner will demonstrate during the interview that: 1) they are able to ask their interview questions in a professional manner, 2) ask follow up questions when needed, and 3) get business cards/contact information.
- After the interview, the learner will: 1) send personal and electronic thank you notes to 1-2 professionals, 2) send follow up questions when appropriate 3) review and discuss feedback from peers and interviewees
