The STEM Explorer badge will be issued to youth who attend MSI's annual career event, Science Works. During this event, over 100 professionals will engage with guests about cool jobs and hot careers in the fields of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine. Career stations will expose youth to a diverse array of STEM fields and provide youth direct access to a real scientist. Professionals participating in Science Works are required to lead an activity or demonstration that highlights his or her job while inspiring youth to think about their futures.
