  1. Participate in Hexacago Health Academy Youth Initiated Mentoring Workshop
  2. Prepare how to respond if someone is unable/unwilling to provide the support you request and learn how to manage disappointment
  3. Identify expectations for mentoring relationship and how to recognize and address potential safety concerns
  4. Conduct an interview with one (or more) adult(s) in your identified interest area about their career and their advice/guidance
  5. Ask an adult to mentor you and discuss expectations for the relationship
