Criteria
- Youth will use iPads to create a digital storyboard describing how their assigned department contributes to the zoos mission. By using a digital storyboard app, they will compile notes and images that represent the department. The youth will have to demonstrate a deep understanding of the department’s role in the zoo. Each department has a staff mentor; they will be responsible for reviewing the storyboard and giving the youth feedback. Both the staff mentor and the youth will be trained on MHA Labs 21st Century skills and strengths-based feedback model. The staff mentor, will issue the badge after completing the rubric designed to assess the message is succinct and clear.
