Criteria

  1. Youth will learn about the target behaviors called The Building Blocks. They will learn how to discuss these skills and provide peer feedback. The youth will develop their strengths-based feedback conversations through the 5 components- context, expectation, evidence, feedback, suggestion. These nomination forms will be assessed by the teen mentor and once approved, the feedback conversations will follow. Teen mentor will provide guidance and assistance in working through the feedback conversation.
